Masior Michał

Specialises in business law. He drafts pleadings, legal and economic analyses, and corporate documents.

He has gained experience in, among others, restructuring law, bankruptcy law, civil and administrative court proceedings, legal service of foundations, as well as in the ownership supervision of the State Treasury and real estate management of a retail chain.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics in the fields of international economic relations and economics (he also spent a year at HEC Montréal as part of his studies) He also graduated from Lazarski University postgraduate studies: Restructuring and Insolvency Law – Restructuring and liquidation of a company. He completed advocate apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish, including legal terminology.

He has authored more than a dozen scientific publications. He is finalising an interdisciplinary doctorate at the Warsaw School of Economics on the regulation of the legal services market.

In his free time, he travels, plays sports and listens to music.
