She specialises in providing services to banking sector entities in disputes between banks and consumers arising from mortgages indexed to a foreign currency.
She has gained her professional experience in courts in the two largest commercial divisions dealing with bankruptcy and restructuring cases in Poland. She has participated in several hundred bankruptcy and restructuring cases from the area of jurisdiction of the District Court in Warsaw and the District Court Warsaw-Praga. She has participated in numerous training courses organised by the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and International Relations at the Frycz Modrzewski Academy of Law in Krakow and completed her legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association. She is registered on the list of attorneys-at-law (entry no. WA-17304).
In her free time, she travels and spends time with her family. Her passion is skiing.
