Michał Czubak

Michał specialises in civil procedure, substantive civil law, copyright law and industrial property law. He has experience in cases concerning, inter alia, infringement of author’s personal and property rights, protection rights to trademarks, rights from registration of industrial designs, prevention and combating unfair competition, as well as extensive knowledge regarding the line of rulings of the Intellectual Property Department of the District Court in Warsaw.

He worked  as an assistant judge in the District Court in Warsaw: in the family, civil, commercial and intellectual property divisions, as well as in law offices where he served his apprenticeship.

He participated in many courses and trainings organised by the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, Polish Patent Office and European Intellectual Property Office. He also has experience in cooperating with entities from the gaming and electronic entertainment industry.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław and the School of New Technologies of the H. Grotius Center for Intellectual  Property Rights. Entered in the list of legal advisors of OIRP in Warsaw (No WA-15145). He is an apprentice at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. He speaks English.

His interests include: new technologies, inventions, aeronautics, history of aviation and cosmonautics, and rock music. Privately, a member of the Military History Association in Piła.
