This Privacy Policy sets out the principles that guide us in processing your personal data. Ząbkowska 31, 03-736 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the Regional Court for the City of Warsaw, 14th Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000732927.

Data objectives and legal basis

We process personal data:

a) where the data subject has given their consent to such processing (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);

b) for the purpose of concluding or performing contracts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), in particular contracts for the provision of legal services or cooperation with suppliers and contractors;

c) in order to comply with legal obligations incumbent on BWHS (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);

d) where it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), in particular in connection with the provision of legal services.

Personal data processing period

We will process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil our legitimate purposes. If the basis for processing is your consent, we will stop processing your personal data as soon as you withdraw this consent. In the case of personal data that we process in connection with the performance of contracts, we process this data until the expiry of the limitation periods for possible claims.

Transfer of personal data

We may transfer your personal data to entities with whom BWHS works, in particular associates and third-party service providers, including IT and accounting services. To the extent required by law, we may transfer your personal data to public authorities.

Your personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. If personal data is transferred outside the EEA, security measures will be taken as provided for by applicable law.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning you from the controller. You may object to the processing.

The above rights are limited to the extent that we process personal data in connection with the provision of legal assistance.

In connection with the processing of your personal data by BWHS, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
