Sulgostowska Paulina

Specialises in individual and collective labour law, employee disputes, and social security law. She supports employers and employees in resolving complex employment issues, both through strategic advice and representation in court proceedings.

She gained her professional experience as a judge’s assistant in Warsaw courts, which allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge of judicial practice. She is currently practising as an advocate at the Warsaw Bar Council (registration number 8797).

Co-author of the guidebooks ‘Mobbing at Work’ and ‘Employing Foreigners,’ as well as the author of numerous publications on labour law. She conducts training courses for HR departments and management.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź and postgraduate studies at Łazarski University. She has participated in training courses organised by the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.

In her spare time, she is passionate about yoga and padel tennis, and is interested in psychology, including in the context of work and professional relationships. She speaks English.
