He specialises in civil and commercial law, in particular contract and corporate law.
He has many years of experience in providing legal services to entities from the mining and production sector. He has provided advisory services within the scope of investment and restructuring processes (acquisition, merger or transformation of companies), as well as participated in negotiation of key agreements related to ongoing business activity. He has been practicing as attorney-at-law since 1995, both in the form of a commercial company and an individual office.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He completed judicial training and attorney-at-law training. He is registered in the list of attorneys-at-law of Poznań Bar Association under the number PZ-1531.
