Aleksandra Włodarczyk

Specialises in civil procedure, in particular in disputes between banks and consumers arising from the so-called franking credits. Represents clients in matters related to pursuing compensation and redress after motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and infringements of personal rights, as well as at all stages of criminal and petty offence proceedings. She provides comprehensive legal assistance in regulating personal and property relationships in family matters.

She worked for law firms, but also in the office as a civil servant and in the biggest insurance company in Poland.

She has extensive experience in representing entrepreneurs and individual clients in proceedings before common courts in civil, commercial, family and criminal cases, as well as in personal data protection.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She completed postgraduate studies in negotiation, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods at the University of Warsaw. She is a legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw (entry no. WA-14005). He speaks English.

Her passions are travelling and board games.
