She specialises in selected issues of civil law and business law, bankruptcy law, compensation law, family law and dispute resolution. Provides comprehensive services to business entities, covering the day-to-day aspects of their functioning in legal transactions.
She acts as an attorney in numerous court disputes, including those in the area of bankruptcy law, banking law, debt recovery, indemnity, labour law, warranty law, as well as disputes concerning improper performance of contracts, claims, including against insurers.
She also deals with issues in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
Graduate of postgraduate studies in corporate law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2013) and the Centre for American Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2012), as well as postgraduate studies in restructuring and insolvency law (restructuring and liquidation of a company) at the Lazarski University Postgraduate Training Centre (2023). Certified mediator in court and out-of-court civil cases. Member of the Warsaw Bar Association (entry no. WAW/Adw/7258). She speaks English.
