Katarzyna Gędek-Tyrcz

Katarzyna specialises in criminal law and criminal business law, so-called white collar crime. She has over 10 years of experience in representing clients during court proceedings in criminal law, criminal fiscal law, civil law and commercial law.

She has participated in administrative proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority concerning capital market supervision.

Her professional interests and practice generally focus on the area of criminal law, with particular emphasis on cases concerning crimes against trading, as well as criminal procedure.

As a defence counsel or attorney for the aggrieved, she participated in a number of proceedings conducted before common courts, the Supreme Court, common prosecution units at all levels across the country.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also completed Postgraduate Studies in Prevention of Economic Crime, Fiscal Crime and Property Crime at the University of Warsaw. She is entered in the list of attorneys of the Warsaw Bar Association (WAW/Adw/3658). In 2011-2018, as an attorney, she cooperated with the law firm Cieślak, Ways and Partners (and later Cieślak and Partners).

Among her interests are horse riding and travelling.

Natalia Grzelak

She represents clients before courts of all instances and other institutions, including administrative authorities and courts. In her litigation practice, she focuses on civil cases, including disputes in the field of contract and property law, labour law and issues concerning copyright and related rights. She is also experienced in handling cases involving the protection of personal rights.

Represents clients in criminal cases at all stages of proceedings. She has extensive experience in dealing with family and guardianship cases, with particular emphasis on divorce proceedings. For many years, she has provided comprehensive legal services to entities conducting scientific activities.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. A member of the Bar Association in Warsaw (entry no. 4078). She speaks English.

In her free time she enjoys reading books.

Łukasz Jaźwiński

Specialises in public procurement, IT law and commercial litigation.
He is a member of the litigation team and coordinates the work of the public procurement department. He is primarily involved in advising on public procurement matters, both for contracting authorities, contractors and controlling institutions, at every stage, including disputes before courts and authorities.

He also deals with litigation matters, including not only disputes related to public procurement, but also issues related to copyright, personal rights, IT law and construction contracts.

Co-author of the commentary to the Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019, published by Wolters Kluwer Polska in 2021, and the Lexicon of Public Procurement, published by Wolters Kluwer Polska in 2020. Author of numerous expert articles. Lecturer at the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza in the field of public procurement. Also conducts training courses on public procurement, copyright law, IT and compliance in public procurement.

He has gained experience, among other things, as an assistant judge in Warsaw courts, as a lawyer in law firms, including the leader of legal rankings in the field of intellectual property law and TMT, as well as in law firms dealing with public procurement.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He is registered on the list of advocates of the Warsaw Bar Association (entry no. WAW/Adw/6943). He speaks English.
Privately enjoys mountain hiking, non-fiction literature and spending time with his daughter.

Bartosz Libudzki

He specialises in civil procedure. In BWHS he is a leader of one of the teams representing a bank in disputes against so called “frankowicze”. He has extensive experience in cases characterised by a high degree of complexity, both factual and legal. He has extensive knowledge of the jurisprudence of the Regional Court in Warsaw and the Court of Appeal in Warsaw regarding all aspects of conducting civil proceedings.

He gained his professional experience cooperating with law firms and acting as an assistant judge, initially in the District Court Lublin-Wschód in Lublin and later in the Civil Department of the District Court in Warsaw.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University in Lublin. He is entered in the list of legal advisors of OIRP in Lublin (LB-2012). He also completed his general apprenticeship at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in Krakow and finished a comprehensive training in civil law with honours.

He enjoys spending his private time with his family.
