Bartłomiej Dąbal
Lawyer, Junior Associate

Specialises in civil procedure and individual and collective labour law, employee disputes and social security law.
He gained experience in the capital markets, company law and M&A transactions practice department of one of the Warsaw law firms and in the 13th Department of Labour and Social Insurance of the Regional Court in Warsaw. He cooperated with the UKSW Student Legal Clinic, mainly in the practice of civil, criminal and labour law.
He graduated with honours from the Master’s degree in Law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (UKSW). He defended his master’s thesis in the Labour Law Department under the supervision of Professor Monika Gladoch at UKSW – the thesis concerned the phenomenon of employee anomie as a basis for terminating an employment contract without notice.
He also studied law at the Universidade da Coruña in Spain as part of the Erasmus Plus programme. He graduated with honours in International Relations from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the UKSW. During his studies he was involved with the Erasmus Student Network, the Independent Students’ Union, the Scientific Circle of Medical and Pharmaceutical Law at UKSW and UKSW Radio.
He holds certificates in negotiation and savoir vivre in business, CMS Summer Law Academy, as well as a certificate of participation in the M&A TalentLab III online workshop and the European Workshop of the European Commission Representation in Poland.
He speaks English and Spanish.
He enjoys spending his free time with his family and reading varsavian literature. He is interested in personal development, sports and local government.
