Mateusz Gawroński

He specialises in civil, commercial and corporate law. He supports the firm’s clients in litigation proceedings and provides day-to-day legal services to business entities, including company transformations and mergers, and prepares legal opinions.

As part of his previous practice, he has gained experience in IPSO IURE law firm, providing services to Polish and foreign businesses, advising on civil proceedings (also at the pre-litigation stage) with particular emphasis on debt collection and enforcement.

He was on a scholarship in Shanghai at the East China University of Political Science and Law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and The School of Law and Economy of China. He is a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw (Chair of Commercial Law). He is an attorney trainee at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He speaks English.

Dominik Gierek

Dominik specializes in civil litigation, in particular in disputes between banks and consumers on the basis of the so-called Swiss franc mortgages. He provides assistance in day-to-day corporate services for business entities, drafting commercial agreements, labour law and family law disputes.

Dominik gained his experience in Paweł Midura’s law firm in Toruń, where he dealt, inter alia, with cases related to liability of motor insurers for damages, labour law disputes, court collection of debts between business entities and preparation of pleadings in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam University in Toruń. He speaks German. He is entered in the list of lawyers of OIRP in Warsaw (WA-15745).

He spends his free time fishing and playing table tennis.

Bartosz Gołos

Specialises in civil law and civil procedure cases.

He gained his professional experience working in the legal department of a bank and in renowned Warsaw law firms, where he dealt with cases in the field of civil law and competition and consumer protection law. He also participated in court disputes.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and completed his advocate traineeship at the Warsaw Bar Association. He is registered on the list of advocates of the Warsaw Bar Association (WAW/ADW/10910).

Weronika Herbet-Homenda

She specialises in Polish and EU competition and consumer protection law with a particular focus on e-commerce and telecommunications sectors. In her professional practice, she also deals with issues of commercial and civil law.

Author and co-author of numerous scientific and popular publications.

Participant and co-organizer of Polish and international conferences.

She benefits from her academical background and professional experience, of which a particularly valuable part is a 5-month Blue Book traineeship at the Directorate General for Competition (DG COMP) of the European Commission.

A doctoral student at the Chair of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. A graduate of postgraduate studies Competition Law at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences and law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She speaks English, French and German.
