Aleksandra Rączkowiak

In the Support Department, she deals with current handling of cases connected with mortgages indexed to Swiss francs. She is responsible for the circulation of correspondence, setting up new cases and keeping track of deadlines.

A student of law at the Warsaw Management University.

She speaks English and German.

In her free time, she takes singing lessons and listens to crime and psychology podcasts.

Hubert Solecki

As part of his work in the Litigation department, he helps prepares legal analyses and pleadings. Using his experience in Polish-English translation, he translates various documents, presentations and the very website you are reading right now.

A third-year law student at the University of Warsaw, he has gained experience in the Support and Litigation departments of the firm and in a translation agency since his first year. He is an active participant in the Oxford Debate Scientific Circle and the Law and Gender Scientific Circle. His favourite subjects include European law and philosophy of law.

He is interested in mediation and public speaking and has completed the “Art of Speaking” course run by the Center for Media Education and the “Mediating Violent Conflict” organised by the United States Institute of Peace. He is involved in charity work, including Amnesty International.

He holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English (C2 level).

In his free time he reads fantasy literature, plays volleyball and board games, travels and runs Dungeons & Dragons sessions.

Aleksander Stalmach

Supports the team dealing with cases of mortgages indexed to Swiss franc in their day-to-day duties, including drafting, sending pleadings, and maintaining the register of court cases.

He gained experience as a legal assistant in a notary’s office and in the District Court in Warsaw.

He holds a LEX GOLD certificate, certifying his ability to use the system of legal acts. He is a co-founder and Board Member of the Constitutional Law Scientific Circle at SWPS University. He speaks English.

In his free time, he plays football and runs. He is interested in sports.

Piotr Woźniak

Supports the litigation and corporate department in conducting bankruptcy, restructuring and litigation proceedings, as well as ongoing legal services for business entities.

He gained his professional experience in law firms of attorneys-at-law and advocates, where he oversaw handling court proceedings in the area of claim enforcement at the court and enforcement stage, as well as ongoing legal services for entrepreneurs. He has also participated in providing comprehensive services to creditors, primarily leading entities of the financial sector, in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.

A fourth-year law student at the University of Warsaw. In the academic year 2021/2022 he was awarded a scholarship by the Rector of the University of Warsaw for the best students. His academic and professional interests focus on issues related to bankruptcy and restructuring law, as well as commercial companies’ law. He speaks English.
