He advises business entities in the restructuring and bankruptcy process and conducts discussions and negotiations on behalf of clients. He has conducted numerous analyses and audits of business entities, with particular emphasis on the grounds for bankruptcy.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Member of the Warsaw Bar Council (entry no. WAW/Adw/6437).
In 2022, he obtained a licence of a restructuring adviser issued by the Minister of Justice (licence No 1800).
Author of articles in Rzeczpospolita, among others, “It is easier to declare bankruptcy, but more difficult to recover debt” and Gazeta Prawna, among others, “How to get rid of debts thanks to consumer bankruptcy”. Co-author of the guide “Changes in corporate restructuring” (chapter: “The course of proceedings for approval of an arrangement”) published by Rzeczpospolita and Parkiet in 2021.
