Specialises in litigation (with particular focus on construction disputes) and advising on the broadly understood investment process, including the drafting of agreements concluded in the course of the investment process.

He gained experience at a law firm advising entrepreneurs and as an in-house lawyer at a construction company. He has experience in examining the legal status of real estate for acquisition purposes. He has represented investors in administrative and administrative court proceedings concerning issues such as the issuance of building permits and decisions on land development and zoning conditions.

He has successfully represented developers and construction companies, repeatedly leading to the dismissal of claims against clients. Conducted numerous proceedings for damages against the State Treasury and local government units in connection with changes in planning conditions. He has represented entities in complex court proceedings concerning the legal status of real estate, in particular proceedings for the acquisition of real estate by adverse possession and for determining the content of the land and mortgage register in accordance with the actual legal status. He has conducted multifaceted court proceedings concerning the determination of perpetual usufruct fees for real estate.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (2008) and postgraduate studies organised by the Warsaw School of Economics, Academy of Company Law (2010). Since 2013, he has been an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association (registration number WA-9545). He speaks English and has a communicative command of Russian.

Privately, he is interested in aviation. He enjoys cycling (especially along routes in southern Poland), and when he needs some peace and quiet, he loves to read books.
