Anna Pietrzak

She represents clients from the banking sector in numerous court proceedings, in particular in disputes between banks and consumers in cases arising from mortgages indexed to the Swiss franc.

She specialises in civil and commercial law issues, bankruptcy law and dispute resolution.

She has gained professional experience in the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw and in Warsaw law firms. She advises individual clients and represents them in civil law cases, including inheritance law and claiming damages. She also has experience in providing legal services to housing communities in legal aspects related to the real estate management process, as well as representing communities in disputes with their members.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Member of the Warsaw Bar Association (entry no. WAW/ADW/10022). She speaks English.

Edyta Popiel-Jarząbek

She specialises in civil law, civil procedure, and criminal law.

She gained professional experience in public administration and in courts: in the Regional Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście in Warsaw, the Regional Court in Grójec, as well as in the District Court in Warsaw, where she held the position of assistant judge from 2019 to 2023. She worked in the civil, criminal, and executive criminal divisions.

She holds a master’s degree in law from Lazarski University in Warsaw and a bachelor’s degree in administration from the same University. In 2023, she passed the bar exam (entry number on the list of attorneys: RAD/ADW/265).

She speaks English.

Karolina Rączka

Karolina specialises in civil law proceedings, in particular representing banking sector entities, especially in bank-to-consumer disputes arising from the so-called Swiss franc mortgages.

During her studies, she was actively involved in the Students’ Legal Clinic. She gained experience during internship in legal departments of the biggest banks in Poland. For several years she was associated with the marketing industry.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Canon Law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

Since 2021, a trainee legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

A dog lover. In her free time, she goes for walks and solves jigsaw puzzles.

Piotr Remuszko

His practice area focuses on litigation

He started his practice in the law firm by representing banking sector clients in numerous court proceedings, including in particular in disputes between banks and consumers in cases arising from Swiss franc mortgages. Currently, his main area of professional practice focuses on commercial disputes and criminal proceedings.

He gained experience in an international law firm, the largest Polish sports club and a Warsaw law firm specialising in litigation, where he dealt with litigation and day-to-day corporate services. He cooperated with the Academia Iuris Foundation helping impoverished people. During his studies he was associated with the Scientific Circle of Intellectual Property “IP” of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He is currently serving his apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He speaks English.
