Marzena Chotycka

The area of her practice focuses on civil procedure, including in particular litigation related to the banking sector.

She has gained her professional experience in Lublin law firms and non-governmental organisations providing legal assistance in broadly understood civil law, bankruptcy law and in the course of enforcement proceedings. During her studies, she coordinated the work of the Civil Law and Civil Procedure Section of the Science Club of Law Students of the Catholic University of Lublin.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin and postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in the field of Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law, she is an attorney-at-law trainee at the Lublin Bar Association.

She speaks English.

Izabela Ciepiel

She specialises in providing legal services regarding mortgage loans indexed with a foreign currency exchange rate.

She gained her professional experience in law firms and tax advisory companies. She worked at the Polish Bank Association, where she dealt with issues relating to consumer credit and mortgage law. She is the author of publications on transfer pricing.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She speaks English.

She is interested in animal behaviourism, in particular of dogs.

Aleksandra Czapracka

Aleksandra specializes in civil procedure, in particular in providing services to entities from the banking sector, especially in disputes between banks and consumers in cases arising from the so-called Swiss franc mortgages.

She has gained professional experience in the field of compensation and insurance law. During her studies, as a member of a student scientific association of commercial companies law, she organised numerous international scientific conferences on commercial law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam  Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Currently, she is a trainee legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań. He speaks English. She also completed a Spanish language course.

In her free time, she rides horses and travels around Europe and North America.

Anna Dudkiewicz

She specialises in civil procedure and civil law, commercial law and personal data protection law.

She gained her professional experience in reputable Warsaw law firms, dealing with cases in the field of civil law, commercial law, including ongoing legal services to companies, associations and public entities, and participating in numerous court disputes.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. She completed postgraduate studies in medical law at the University of Warsaw. Member of the Warsaw Bar Association (entry no. WAW/Adw/9478).
