Katarzyna Zawadzińska-Kanadys

She specialises in civil procedure, civil law and family law. She worked for working as an assistant judge, initially in the District Court for Warsaw-Mokotów in Warsaw, and later in the Regional Court in Warsaw.

She has extensive experience in cases concerning, inter alia, indemnity and compensation, consumer disputes with banks and insurance companies, promissory note law, interpretation of contracts, protection of personal rights, liability of the State Treasury and local government units for damages, as well as broad knowledge of the jurisprudence of the Regional Court in Warsaw and the Court of Appeal in Warsaw concerning civil and family cases.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Katarzyna participated in many trainings organised by the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. She is entered in the list of legal advisers of OIRP in Warsaw (WA-14319). She holds a Master’s degree in psychology with a specialization in social psychology, also from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology.
